Lakeview Job Offer IT First Level Support Employee (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-level support for internal users for IT issues via telephone, email, and ticket system
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software problems
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop systems, as well as peripheral devices
  • Assisting with the setup and management of user accounts and access rights
  • Documenting support requests, solutions, and workflows
  • Escalating complex problems to the appropriate technical personnel What convinces us:
  • Completed education in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification / experience
  • Solid knowledge in the field of IT support and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
  • Good knowledge of installing and configuring software applications and hardware systems

  • Teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken, English skills are a plus
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
