The Reha-Südwest gGmbH is offering a position for a care professional in the Social Pedagogical Residential Communities in Bruchsal at the earliest possible date.

Geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional or care professional (m/f/d) for night shift

Part-time with 31.2 hours per week, permanent

Join our team As a care professional in the night shift, you will be responsible for a well-organized night shift and the safety of residents with complex disabilities.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the night-time supervision and support of 28 residents with another night shift worker.

You will be in charge of the night-time nursing and medical care of the residents.

You will conduct handovers with the day shifts of the residential groups.

You will support the residential groups with organizational tasks such as disinfection, setting up breakfast tables, and minor cleaning and tidying up.

You will document the provided nursing services.
