This is what your training looks like with us.

As an apprentice, you can expect a comprehensive, varied and practical three-year training with us
You will get to know all relevant company units (e.g. composting, soil factory, laboratory, deployment planning, scales, accounting, etc.) and actively participate in their work
In addition, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring environmentally friendly waste separation as well as maintaining and repairing plant components
You will operate the latest wheel loaders and machines responsibly and qualify as a machine operator and machine operator
This will complete your industry-specific training as a highly qualified employee
During your training, you will always have a fixed contact person, such as a trainer or training officer, who will listen to you
