- Recruitment Analyst.
- Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in successful, long-term hires.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Develop effective relationships within Cherry Coatings and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring.
- Collaborates with department and hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment.
- Work closely with HRIS to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and perform data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain data to inform targeted leadership development.
- Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention.
- Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
- Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-fill.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Superior human connection and persuasion skills. Must be able to initiate positive and productive relationships with potential job candidates, staffing agencies, and other parties.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) or related software.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Must have 5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to bend, squat or stand for occasional periods.
- Must be able to attend job fairs, including setting up and working a job fair booth.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Summary:
