    Requisition Summary

    Dynacraft is looking for a self-motivated and energetic teammate to join the Human Resourcesteam as a Recruiterlocated in our McKinney, TX facility. This position will beresponsible for general support for both locations. This individualis responsible for full cycle recruiting activities for Dynacraftsuch as sourcing, posting jobs, career fairs, employee activities/events development, strategic recruiting plans, employee communications,and reporting. This person does not have direct staff supervision responsibilities but may direct others. Compensation will be based on education and experience.

    Job Functions / Responsibilities

    • Full Cycle Recruiter
    • Partner with hiring managers and theHR team to deliver high-impact talent acquisition solutions
    • Build and maintain strong program to ensure a robust pipeline of diverse candidates
    • Effectively attract qualified candidates for employment opportunities using a various sourcing methods
    • Process candidates through the recruiting and selection process including: sourcing, phone screens, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence, offers, contingencies, etc.
    • Ensure positive experience to candidates by acting astheir primary contactduring the process
    • Coordinates new employee on-boarding/orientation
    • Represent Dynacraft/ PACCARat career fairs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with targeted universities
    • Maintain applicant tracking system
    • Analyzes and reports recruiting data to support metrics
    • Provide backup to the Human Resources department as needed
    • Build strong relationship with HR partners
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated drive for results and sense of urgency
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Dependable and able to prioritize competing priorities
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to workindependently
    • 2-5 years of in-house recruiting or staffing experience
    • Experience with HRIS, preferably Success Factors and with recruiting software
    • Experience using boolean search strings and social media to supplement the sourcing methods needed to attract the market's best talent
    • Strong PC skills - strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Language skills a plus.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • PHR or SPHR preferred but not required
