_ The Job:
_

Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company
Manage the IT Team
Oversee hardware, software and cloud systems
Ensure data security
Budget management
Oversee all day to day operations of the IT department, company wide

_ What we are looking for:_

Bachelors degree is required, Masters is preferred.
10 Years of IT management experience in operations (hotels, restaurants, cruises, retail, apartments, tourism, supply chain, etc)
Preferred experience in hotel property management systems, Point of sales, Reservation systems, Internet management
Ability to communicate with ownership and stakeholders
