- Responsible for delivering the IT services for the Berwick site and new future sites including PC's, Servers, Printers, Phones and Local Network equipment.
- Guide technical projects from start to finish to deliver on time and within budget.
- Manage all local IT field operations activities at the site(s) including maintaining all support processes, employee relations, and asset management (configuration, repair, projects, license management, and security systems)
- Maintain a solid grasp of software cloud systems used within the Clinic, web tech, and IT infrastructure, especially within the corporate environment.
- Provide comprehensive desktop support in a fast-paced, ad hoc, small business environment.
- Administer hardware and software installation, and troubleshoot PC, printers, and phones.
- Engage with stakeholders across all levels – from gathering insights to updating progress and leading meetings.
- Understand the unique nuances of small businesses, healthcare facilities, and tailor your project management strategy accordingly.
- Bring structure to the fast-paced and constantly evolving landscape of healthcare technology, where precise timing is essential.
- Ability to be adaptable to changing requirements, timelines, and priorities.
- Have solid problem-solving, task management, and project coordination skills.
- Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site with occasional travel within central Pennsylvania (less than 10%)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Outlook (M365 suite), Digital Phone Systems, Digital Conferencing Systems, and related cloud tech for collaboration.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
- Maintain compliance with all Gloria Gates CARE standards, including Conduct, Compliance, and all other policies and procedures.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent GED
- Tech Degree or Associate degree in an IT field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an IT Desktop Support Technician along with 2 years of experience owning the lifecycle of a project from inception to completion.
- Understanding the technological requirements of healthcare facilities and staff, as well as the ability to integrate these needs into project management, is highly advantageous.
