    SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a System Integrator for its client in the New York area. This individual would be responsible for developing and maintaining core planning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in a dynamic startup environment. This position is onsite no remote.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and maintain core planning models within the platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Design and implement new models for functional modules, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
    • Abstract existing planning models into configurable patterns to enhance scalability and flexibility.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Oversee the training and optimization of the AI co-pilot, leveraging machine learning techniques to improve performance.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of planning models, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
    • Contribute to the overall product roadmap and strategic planning process, providing insights and recommendations based on technical expertise.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency in core planning tasks like forecasting, analytics, or inventory management.
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing software applications, with a focus on back-end development.
    • Ability to handle large datasets, set up data integrations, and work with platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, and QuickBooks.
    • Capacity to grasp business goals and collaborate with the Product team to achieve them.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and experience in building products from scratch in early-stage environments.
    • Proactive approach to solving complex problems independently.
