    We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector

    In this role at Honeywell Aerospace, you will collaborate with manufacturing teams and leaders to ensure top-notch quality across all production aspects.

    • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on aircraft components and subassemblies following repair manuals and technical data.
    • Apply repair methods to bring non-serviceable parts back to serviceable condition, with expertise in sheet metal or machining processes as a plus.
    • Analyze discrepancy data, work with Repair Process Engineering to enhance inspection techniques, streamline processes, and minimize defects.
    • Demonstrate understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (Symbols and applications).

    Requirements for U.S. Persons

    To comply with U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. Persons, which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals with protected status through asylum or refugee status.

    We Require:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in inspection techniques and hardware.
    • Familiarity with metrological techniques and tools such as Micrometers, Verniers, Height gages, and more.

    All candidates for DOT/FAA safety-sensitive roles will undergo a mandatory pre-employment drug test, screening for specific substances. Adherence to the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan is mandatory for all safety-sensitive positions.
