- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner received via phone, email, website, and JIRA ticket system.
- Document as required customer inquiries in JIRA ticket system in compliance with SLA's.
- Communicate with Sales team for required customer information updates.
- Create new accounts/shipping labels for customers.
- Create customer Return Authorizations for manufacture processing as required.
- Scan/audit documents through an optical character recognition application.
- Support inter-related departments within PharmaLink by processing assigned requests.
- Other related duties as directed management.
- Assumes responsibility for special projects assigned from time to time by Management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- The incumbent is accountable to the Client Services Supervisor/Manager for interpreting and fulfilling the above responsibilities and others, which may be assigned.
