Job Duties:


  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales support, including generating quotes, processing orders, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell additional offerings to customers and to support our sales teams effort.
  • Solicit/ prepare sale of new or additional services or products, if applicable
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with other internal departments and external vendors.
  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing due diligence and understanding the whole picture before answering partial questions. This may require communication with our accounting department to resolve outstanding credit memos and requesting vendor return authorizations
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine potential causes.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to better assist customers and support sales efforts.
  • Attend weekly meetings with GPS order processing team to resolve issues.
  • Recommend improvements and uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers.
  • Additional duties assigned, as necessary.

Employment conditions:


  • Employees must follow company standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Position is nonexempt. (Hourly)
  • The position is fulltime and is in an office in Longwood, Fl (Not Remote).
  • Position has fixed hours 8am 5pm
  • New skills and responsibilities will be added to the workload as the employee learns.
  • This position is intended as an entry position, and it is expected that applicants will have an opportunity to grow their responsibilities and capabilities over time if they are able.
  • GPS operates in a team environment and good team communication skills are required.
