- Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.

- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results. , and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Work is performed in a clean room environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time; depending on the machine they are operating.

Position Summary
The Sr.
Controls/Automation Engineer is a leadership role that provides solutions to complex problems, machine upgrades, creates machine specs, and outsources a machine build.
A key player to support business unit needs with respect to data collection, scrap and MUV reduction, OEE and yield improvements.
PLC experience is necessary with primary focus on Allen Bradley PLC. SolidWorks, Lean automation, production support, machine output and servos experience.
Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Machine design, machine fixture design, CAM driven machines, pneumatic actuators, servos, stepper motors, EFD dispensing valves, vision systems, sensors, sonic welding, pick-and-place mechanisms, pad printing, electrical test instruments, air-leak testers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
