Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and order status
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions
  • Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to upsell products and meet sales targets is a plus
