    We are searching for a Care Partner to join our exceptional team!

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist residents with personal care and daily activities based on service plans and resident requests.
    • Conduct daily housekeeping and laundry tasks following established procedures.
    • Participate in reports and assist residents to life enrichment programs.
    • Prioritize tasks to meet residents' changing needs.
    • Ensure compliance with care regulations and infection control practices.
    • Report incidents promptly to supervisors and maintain residents' confidentiality and rights.
    • Be prepared for emergency situations and act accordingly.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aid certification preferred.
    • CPR/First Aid certification desirable.
    • Completion of specified training programs.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to handle various situations.
    • Passion for working with senior citizens and customer service.
    • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
    • Neat appearance according to dress code standards.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain ethical work standards.
    • Openness to new information and adaptability to changing demands.
