- Lead the development of the fraud product strategy, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals
- Define and manage the product roadmap, outlining the strategic direction and prioritization of features, enhancements, and capabilities
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand the dynamics of the fraud industry in the US, including emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Use this information to build products and enable our sales team to beat the competition in the market
- Lead, motivate, support, cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of fraud products
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that fraud prevention products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and drive continuous optimization and improvement efforts.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fraud prevention in the US, ensuring that products adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and address customer needs, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with technology vendors, industry associations, and other organizations to enhance product capabilities and expand market reach.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fraud prevention and product management through continuous learning, professional development, and networking activities.
- Develop requirements & use case models that enable engineering definition and development of differentiated data solutions.
- Deliver a plan for a differentiated data network that aligns with our principles of value, volume, and speed.
- Extensive experience in fraud, financial crime, or identity fraud product management
- Knowledge and experience in working with customers, suppliers, and internal data
- Leadership skills: the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams to deliver the highest business impact

The Role
Reporting to the Head of GBG Trust, you will be responsible for building and managing our fraud propositions in the Americas as a multi-million dollar product line.
The individual will be a fraud expert maintaining an intense market and customer focus and take responsibility to drive the business and the teams around them to deliver. This is a product leadership role, responsible for defining fraud product strategy, establishing execution plans, and driving delivery to achieve business objectives for revenue, margin, and market share.
The individual will be instrumental in creating an innovation roadmap consisting of differentiated solutions that meet target ROI objectives in Origination Fraud and driving the teams around them to build and sell those solutions.
