    Producer (Salesman/Insurance Agent)

    Englewood, Ohio

    For over 50 years, Boord-Henne Insurance has provided trusted home, auto, business, and life insurance across Montgomery County. As a family-owned agency, we offer a hands-on, personal approach that exceeds expectations.

    We seek a motivated individual to manage insurance products and drive sales. Strong communication skills and a proven sales track record are essential. Develop client relationships, offer tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets with us.

    We are committed to your professional growth with comprehensive training, ongoing support, and mentorship. Licenses and certifications are not required Be part of our legacy of excellence and personalized care

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Excellent relationship-building skills
    • Commitment to learning insurance procedures and intricacies

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Commissions: 50% on property and casualty business, 80% on life insurance, and 20% on health insurance, as long as the agreement is active.
    • Annual Subsidy: $52,000 for the first year, $36,000 for the second year, and $18,000 for the third year, in addition to commissions.
    • Health Insurance: Agency will assist with mutually agreed-upon health insurance benefits.
