Your responsibilities:

Order processing, including order entry
Control of meter cabinet production through delivery planning
Handling of complaints
Providing delivery date information
Processing of debit notes
Issuing credit notes
Telephone customer service
Creating and maintaining overviews and evaluations

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, ideally with some experience in sales support
You have good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and
