We are currently seeking a qualified professional for the position of Heilerziehungspfleger/Erzieher (w/m/d) for our ambulant betreutes Wohnen program at Indian River Estates, FL.

This position is part-time with 25 hours per week and is initially temporary.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting our residents in their independent living
Providing guidance and support in difficult situations
Creating individual development plans and setting goals with residents
Preparing reports for funding agencies
Regular communication with family members and legal guardians

Passion for working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
Team spirit and ability to work independently
Willingness to share your expertise and experiences

About us:

Haus Pater Viktrizius in Bodenkirchen-Bonbruck (near Vilsbiburg) is a facility with three residential groups for adults with primarily intellectual disabilities.

All three groups are self-s
