Your tasks

We are looking for trainees (m/f/diverse) to support our legal department at our headquarters in Hanover (Germany) for 3 to 4 months starting in December and in 2025.

You will work with a high level of responsibility on relevant issues and projects from various legal areas, especially contract and commercial law, gaining valuable practical experience in a global environment during your legal clerkship or elective stage. By participating in consultations with internal clients, contract negotiations, and team meetings, you will gain in-depth insights into the workings of the legal department of a globally operating DAX corporation and be part of a dedicated international team.

Your tasks will include, in particular:

Handling specific, practice-relevant inquiries from global departments in German and English
Independent examination and evaluation of diverse, current factual and legal issues, as well as developing solutions and conducting research for the preparation of legal opinions
Support in the drafting and negotiation of contracts of all kinds
Participation in international projects
