The position supports the HR HQ team in managing short-term needs.

This is achieved by addressing ad hoc issues and new requirements, taking over recruitment processes, and providing support in planning and organizing work.

Your responsibilities

Manage and support recruitment processes comprehensively
Assist in providing comprehensive HR support together with our HR assistants
Create documentation and guidelines for retention periods and data protection requirements
Support in managing recruiting databases and agencies
Assist and support the implementation of Hosted Contracts
Support the continuous development of HR offerings and processes
Other tasks depending on workload
