For our main location in Bad Münder near Hannover, we are currently looking for a

Head of Human Resources (m/f/d)
As an experienced HR generalist, you will combine operational, conceptual, and strategic HR work as a forward-looking, entrepreneurial task.

In addition to the disciplinary and professional management of the HR department, you will be responsible for the personnel management of approximately 450 employees at the main location and in subsidiary companies.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a consultant with extensive scope for shaping all personnel-related topics for top management.

Confidentiality and loyalty are a matter of course for you.

**Your responsibilities

Leading a motivated HR team of 6 employees
Operational and strategic HR work, including budget and personnel planning, payroll and salary administration, recruiting and training, personnel reporting and controlling
Management and further development of the Wilkhahn Academy as a central instrument for knowledge management and personnel development
Initiating and implementing strategic HR projects at the headquarters and in the subsidiaries
Developing and promoting a global leadership and performance culture
Identifying high performers and potential candidates and expanding personnel development for different business areas and hierarchy levels
Developing HR processes in line with modern digitalization
Trustful cooperation with the works council
Conducting collective bargaining negotiations and drafting company agreements
