- A master's degree or higher; at least three years of successful teaching experience
- Understanding of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and response to intervention (RTI) frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actional educational strategies.
- Experience in designing and delivering professional development for educators.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement intervention and enrichment programs that meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide ongoing coaching to teachers on best practices in differentiated instruction, data-driven decision- making, and inclusive teaching strategies.
- Develop and lead professional development sessions focused on intervention and enrichment techniques.
- Assist in the analysis of student performance data to identify areas for improvement and to measure the effectiveness of interventions.
- Stay informed on current educational research and emerging student intervention and enrichment trends.
- All other duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent or Director of MTSS.
