Louisville 'geg euregio GmbH is currently seeking a school assistant (m/f/d) for youth welfare in schools in the areas of Mönchengladbach, Nettetal, Viersen, Willich, Schwalmtal, and the Heinsberg district, starting as soon as possible.

This position is part-time, with a workload of 15-25 hours per week.


Your responsibilities will include supporting a student with special needs during class, accompanying them throughout the school day, assisting with crisis interventions, and accompanying class trips and school events.

You will also work closely with the organization, teachers, and parents.

To be successful in this role, you should have a secondary school diploma and/or completed vocational training. Previous experience in the school sector is ideal, and you should be comfortable working with children and teenagers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as good organizational abilities and networking skills, are also important.
