    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and empathetic People Operations Manager to lead our HR function and contribute to the success of our diverse team. Reporting to the President, this role will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The People Ops Manager will also manage a People Ops Coordinator, fostering their professional growth and development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including applicant tracking, initial screening, and interview coordination.
    • Develop and implement new hire onboarding processes and training programs to foster a positive employee experience.
    • Collaborate with company leadership on strategic People Ops initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Utilize HRIS systems to maintain employee records, track performance evaluations, and generate reports.
    • Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Manage logistics for company events and internal training sessions, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.
    • Strong knowledge of general labor laws and regulations.
    • Experience with HRIS systems, such as Justworks, Leapsome, JazzHR, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and collaboration.
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for building relationships and fostering a positive work culture aligned with our core values.
