As a Junior Facility Manager (m/f/d) at Crown College, MN, we want to develop you into a future leader.

Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen area

WHAT AWAITS YOU IN FULL-TIME:

Resultsoriented management of assigned facilities
Personnel management, technical guidance and deployment planning of employees on site
Monitoring of quality, occupational safety, working hours and documentation of all operational and legal requirements
Contact person for our clients and maintenance of customer relationships
Contract management and administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING:

Training as a building cleaner (m/f/d), also open to career changers from the hotel industry or similar
Professional experience in building cleaning is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and structured work approach
Proficient in MS Office programs is desirable
Driver's license class B
