    Job Summary:
    TheProgram Manager will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to ensuresuccessful management of the DHA program in the School of Health CareAdministration at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (Tulsa,OK). Current enrollment for this program ranges students. This positionwill also serve other programs within the School of Health Care Administrationincluding the MS in HCA, MS in Global Health, dual master's degrees, andmultiple graduate certificates, as needed.

    Responsibilities:
    - Student Recruitment & Application - The Program Manager will coordinate recruitment efforts, provide information about program requirements, and assist applicants through the application process.
    - Faculty Admissions Committee organization – The Program Manager organizes and prepares the agendas for the Faculty Admissions Committee Meetings to admit students to the DHA program.
    - Orientation- The Program Manager will welcome new students to the program and provide an orientation that covers program expectations, program logistics, resources available, and familiarizes them with campus resources.
    - Advisement - The Program Manager will advise students on program requirements, course enrollment, academic progress, and graduation requirements.
    - Enrollment - The Program Manager will manage course scheduling, registration, and enrollment for all students in the program.
    - Curriculum Development and Review - The Program Manager will collaborate with faculty to develop and review the curriculum and course offerings to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and meet the needs of the students.
    - Coordination of Events and Activities - The Program Manager will plan and coordinate events and activities that support student engagement, retention, and success including, beginning school year campus gatherings and graduation activities.
    - Record Keeping and Reporting - The Program Manager will maintain accurate records of student progress, enrollment, and graduation and be responsible for reporting of the same at the monthly departmental meetings.
    - Other Duties as Assigned - The Program Manager will perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Chair of the School of Health Care Administration.

    Environmental Hazards:Typical Office environmental.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

    Special Instructions to Applicants Education & Experience Position Qualifications:

    Required:
    - Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience
    - Five (5) or more years' experience in Higher Education
    - Experience working directly with Faculty, Staff and Students
    - Valid Driver's License

    - Organized and detail-oriented
    - Self-motivated
    - Ability to collaborate with Faculty, Staff and Students

    Preferred:
    - Preferred experience in project management in an executive-level environment, graduate admissions, or recruitment.
