Monte Vista is looking for a skilled warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) to join our team starting on August 1st, 2024.

As a warehouse logistics specialist, you will be involved in the planning and organization of logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include receiving, loading, storing, and transporting our products.

You will also be responsible for sorting and storing goods according to economic principles and in compliance with warehouse regulations.


In this role, you will also be expected to adhere to safety, environmental, and energy efficiency guidelines, as well as utilize company information and communication systems.

Teamwork is an important aspect of this position.

We offer a 3-year apprenticeship program in accordance with the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) and training guidelines, as well as:

  • Good training support
  • Team event day with all apprentices for networking
  • 23 training seminars per year on various topics
  • Optimal preparation for the final exam
  • Comprehensive knowledge in vocational school, held twice a week in Detmold (DBB)

  • Possibility to shorten the training period under certain performance requirements
  • Preparation for potential job opportunities after completion of the apprenticeship

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of secondary school (Hauptschulabschluss) after 10th grade
  • Good grades in math and physics
