Description
Your tasks:
- Development of innovative multi-component and multi-cavity injection molding tools
- Performing design and calculation tasks, taking into account functional, material, manufacturing, and economic aspects
- Creating drawing derivations and parts lists
- Supporting sales and project teams
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in development projects
- Continuous product and quality improvement, considering costs
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to deadlines and costs during the design phase
- FMEA / Design reviews internally and with our customers
- Coordination with suppliers and customers
The necessary qualifications are:
- Completed engineering degree (Bachelor, Master, Engineer or Dipl. Engineer) or completed further training as a technician with solid professional experience in the design of injection molding tools in the field of medical technology
- Independent and responsible work, communication and teamwork skills
- CAD knowledge, preferably Siemens NX
- FEM knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
