- Support in the creation, editing, and review of various engineering documents
- Assist VPs and Project Managers with necessary documentation for project delivery
- Produce detailed documents including letters, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Organize and manage corporate documents, records, and reports
- Handle confidential information and documents
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate catering for various events
- Provide administrative assistance to engineering project teams
- 1-3 years' experience in administrative support, ideally in the AEC industry
- Prior experience handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in team environments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required
- Experience with Deltek Vision is a bonus
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
