Description

Job title: Help Desk Specialist

Location: 4025 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL 32311

Job Description:

Attend training sessions and webinars to learn accessing client data and completing eligibility assessments within designated time frames.
Provide timely technical assistance and support to resolve inquiries, prescription issues, and insurance matters.
Update client records daily in the Patient Care database systems and document all actions promptly.
Maintain accuracy in Patient Care enrollment application requests and assist in budget management tasks.
Attend meetings and travel within Florida as required by the Department.

Skills Needed:

Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
Problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Empathy and patience to address customer concerns with a calm demeanor.
Effective time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks.
Knowledge of health services to provide accurate information to clients.
