Financial Accountant (m/f/x)

For our client, a dynamic company in the wholesale industry based in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/x) to join their team. Become part of this great company. This position is a direct permanent employment with our client. We support you in the placement process and offer all our services free of charge.

What to expect:

Monthly VAT returns and statistical reports in different countries
Independent execution of VAT payments
Determination of monthly accruals
Management of multiple companies within our corporate group
Intercompany account reconciliation
Independent review and booking of digital invoices as well as posting of digital bank statements

What you bring:

Completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on finance or comparable qualification (e.g. tax clerk)
At least two years of professional experience in finance and accounting or group accounting
Proficient in working with ERP systems and MS Office
High IT affinity and quick comprehension
Good numerical understanding and analytical thinking
Ability to look beyond one's own area
Very good German
