Description
The Catholic Parish Community of Freiburg is looking to fill a position for Back Office in the area of Kindergarten Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible with a workload of 50% hours per week) on an indefinite basis.
The Catholic Parish Community (GKG) in Freiburg is a public corporation. As a service provider, it manages the personnel administration of approximately employees in eight affiliated parishes in the Freiburg deanery. In addition, it provides services in financial, organizational, legal, and construction matters. As part of the management of 43 daycare centers, the GKG is responsible for their operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and assistance for individual kindergarten managers and the department head
- Applicant management
- Coordination of trainings
- Participation in subsidy management (operating cost subsidies)
- Completion of administrative tasks in the department
What you should bring:
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts in Social Management, Economics, Education or a comparable degree
- Bachelor of Arts in Public Management or a comparable degree
- Completed training in administrative, commercial, or social pedagogical field or a comparable education with relevant professional experience
