Responsibilities include the following: Telephone triage according to established practice guidelines, patient education, medication refills and administering injections as necessary.- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. BSN must be achieved within 5 years of hire.
- American Heart Association CPR Required
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities, document conversations and specific actions taken and develop applicable policies and procedures
- Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic).
- Bilingual a plus
- OB/GYNE experience a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful.

Position Summary:
The registered nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patients# status, plan of care, and goal achievement.
