Registered Nurse (RN) Duties:

  • Provide medical care for residents including taking vital signs and passing medication.
  • Properly and accurately document all actions and changes for each resident.
  • Provide oversight for certified nursing assistants.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards the residents and teammates.

License/Certification:


  • RN (required)

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RN licensure in the state of IllinoisOne year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.
Current CPR certificationA positive, community driven mindset
