    Job Description: Product Area Leader, Ongoing Associate and Plan Sponsor Servicing

    The Role

    Reporting directly to the Head of Health & Welfare Domain the Product Area Leader, Ongoing Associate and Plan Sponsor Servicing provides hands-on product leadership with planning, roadmap development, cross functional collaboration, product delivery, deployment and performance tracking.

    • Partners with Health & Welfare Operations to define and deliver solutions that provide outstanding service for Fidelity s clients.
    • Lead the development and enhancement of tools and systems aimed at increase efficiency, streamline processes, and enable scalability with a new recordkeeping environment. Develop and manage the Product Roadmap concentrating on capabilities for service excellence. Actively collaborate with and coordinate workstreams across complex programs to ensure successful outcomes. Prioritize features and make decisions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Prepare monthly and quarterly governance updates as well as regular communications with stakeholders.
    The Expertise and Skills You Bring
    • 15+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of refining conceptual business needs into high-value solutions within an agile environment using a variety of discovery, contextualization, and value alignment methodologies (e.g. experience mapping, service alignment blueprints, jobs to be done, story mapping, etc\u2026)
    • Ability in defining and delivering scale and automation capabilities for improved customer outcomes
    • Strong understanding of agile practices, software development methodologies, and project management principles with a focus on developing scale and automation tools
    • Capable of collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
    • Proven leadership with change management, including the approach to introduce next generation capabilities within an evolving environment.
    • Analyze, metric and report progress across products, services and programs
    • Curiosity to understand and build expertise around the Healthcare Industry and Healthcare Products.
    • Experience building an inclusive culture across the team and business partners
    • Strong understanding of agile practices, software development methodologies, and project management principles with a focus on developing scale and automation tools
