- Accountable for ensuring Work Plans and interdependencies are updated (weekly), accurate, and aligned to all workstreams. Drive completion of tasks with the team.
- Accountable for ensuring the mid-level plan (MLP) aligns with work plans, key activities, and interdependencies.
- Accountable for ensuring Resource Plans are updated (weekly), accurate, and aligned to all workstreams. Facilitating periodic reviews of resource plans with DRIs.
- Accountable for proactively identifying and managing CRAID (Changes, Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log.
- Responsible for project governance, escalation, and overall meeting cadence.
- Ensure project status is updated in accordance with PMO review meeting cadence.
- Work closely with PMO leader and Business Stakeholders on communications and key meetings, agenda setting, coordination, consolidation/creation of materials, follow-ups, etc.
- Proven experience with Clinical Data, Modeling, and Simulation domains.
- A minimum of a bachelor's Degree is required in the area of Computer Science, Data Science
- Strong and Relevant Clinical Data experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience is required
- EST required. The position can be remote, but folks are open to 1 time a month onsite preferred.
