- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Position Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management System, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Work Zone, Workforce Analytics, and more.
- Experience in transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors and integrating with EC Payroll & S/4 HANA System through P2P and SAP CPI.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, collaborating with them to achieve common objectives.
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with other non-SAP systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to grasp business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Employee Central issues and integrations with other SAP Cloud Systems.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors usage to optimize HR processes and data management.
- Keep abreast of the latest SAP updates and best practices to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure proficient system usage.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in IT-Information Technology project implementation
- 7 years of experience in IT-Information Technology
- 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration and customization
- Thorough understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, CPI, and API management
- Knowledge of HRIS architecture and data flow
- Strong analytical and problems-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Integration certifications are a plus
- Graduate Degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in business analysis
- 9 years of job-related experience
- Experience with SAP systems
- CBAP and CCBA certifications are beneficial

Position SummaryAs a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Integration, you will have a key role in implementing, configuring, and managing our SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Your expertise will guarantee the smooth integration of the Employee Central module with other HR and business systems, enhancing our HR processes and data management.
This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from your home office and in Oakland, CA as needed.
PG&E is sharing an estimated salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors. The job may also be eligible for PG&E's incentive programs. While we anticipate placing the successful candidate towards the mid or entry level of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis considering these factors.
A competitive salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000.00
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000.00
