- Install and test computer hardware and software, such as laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and application software
- Address technical support queries and problem calls, identifying and resolving issues
- Support departments with mobile technology, including iPhones and iPads
- Determine integration and implementation of new projects and analyze equipment requirements
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest enhancements to PCs and related technology
- Ensure technology adherence to engineering standards and service levels
- Act as a point of escalation for technology matters and liaise between end-users, business units, and vendors
- Contribute to overall technology planning, implementation, and support
- Support management in issue resolution and adhere to IT security protocols
- Maintain equipment inventory, assist in procurement, and support IT projects as needed Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of technical support or related experience
- Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree
- Microsoft Certified System Engineer
