We have the perfect job for you We are looking for you as a
Customer Service Representative/ Service Center in the energy industry (m/f/d) for a client in Bremen, starting immediately and as a full-time position.

Your tasks:

  • Telephone and written customer service (inbound)
  • Processing of master data, invoices, complaints, and inquiries
  • Product and tariff consultation
  • Participation in active processing of tasks
  • Independent handling of processes in areas such as billing, market communication, device and energy data management, etc.

  • Completed training or experience in customer service

  • Willingness to work shifts between 7am and 8pm
