- Overseeing maintenance and scheduling orders
- Preparing financials for the properties including budgets
- Enforcing association rules
- Overseeing preventative maintenance including property improvement projects
- Maintaining all documentation including expense reports, invoices, receipts, and invoices
- Preparing contracts
- Creating a positive relationship with the association board and property owners
- Collecting monthly assessments, mortgage, taxes, operating expenses, and deposits
- Managing all property staff including property personnel, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Investigating complaints
- 2 years' experience in property management
- CMCA Certification
- Experience with condominium associations and governing law
- Knowledge of legal documents, declarations, and bylaws
- Property management software experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in budgeting
