For our St. Nicolai Senior Center, we are looking for a team leader for administration (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The tasks of the team leader for administration in a residential care facility are diverse and varied. You ensure proper administrative work in our facility and support the facility and nursing management in carrying out their tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities

· Informing and attracting new residents,

· Preparation and coordination of admissions and creation of housing and care contracts,

· Managing resident files and maintaining master data, filing and archiving,

  • Billing of fees, management of cash payments,
  • Monitoring of open receivables / debt collection,
  • Telephone and written contact with service providers and funding agencies, communication with residents and family members,
  • Coordination responsibility for the nursing home management program,
  • Professional responsibility for assigned areas or employees,
  • Compiling lists, evaluations and reports,
  • Supporting the facility and nursing management in their work,
  • Participating in process design and optimization

Requirements

· Completed commercial, administrative or comparable vocational training, preferably (specialized) university education;
