Agency Hours of Operation:
Shift and hours will vary depending on location .
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Area Action Planning
Weekly Monday morning sales meetings
Participate in twice weekly conference calls
Performance Evaluations
Disciplinary Actions as needed
Conduct sales contest as deemed necessary
Have constant knowledge of current sales status.
Ensure that opening & closings are being reported on a timely manner
Works closely with agency managers with marketing.
Work closely with agency managers with weekly & monthly planning for the agency.
Assist with training with Agency Managers/Sales Agents i.e. customer service, sales skills, vendor relations, etc.
Provide feedback on agency sales strategies & following of company procedures.
Maintain constant communication with Sales Agency Managers & other District Managers
Daily interaction/feedback to Operations Manager regarding status any particular agency
Contribute to Agency Growth, Agency Management, Sales Manager guidance & Area relationships
About You
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
Must have sales management experience, district-level management experience preferred.
Should have insurance industry experience, insurance license a plus.
Ability to read financial statements such as P&L statements, sales projections, indicator reports, etc.
