This role will require travel to our partnered facilities; that may include, assisted living, residential care living, and/or group homes.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To provide physical therapy services to clients according to standards of practice outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association at the direction of the Registered Physical Therapist
EDUCATION:
Graduate of an Accredited Associates Degree Program for Physical Therapy Assistants
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 1-year recent clinical experience
