For this position, we're looking for someone who is motivated, experienced IT professional to join the Enterprise Application Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join an exceptionally skilled team and contribute to critical statewide initiatives.
Position Description:
Understands Agile values and principles and can guide and coach teams, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
•Provide support to the Product Owner and Development Team, and lead by example. You should personify Scrum and Agile values
•Guide and coach delivery teams to self-organize and achieve objectives, without assigning or dictating the work Mobilize new teams, in partnership with and Agile coach, to Agile practices and values.
•Facilitate all Agile ceremonies efficiently to help team realize the value of the meetings.
