    Portfolio Management and Improvement Lead

    You will design, develop, and implement portfolio management business process for Global Quality (GQ), as well as project management to specific Function or Lab of the Future projects within Global Quality to lead transformation and operational efficiencies in business processes.

    Lead and take accountability for projects and related project performance including milestone hit rate, risk mitigation and oversee and guide important program processes associated with preparing for new projects to support GQ strategy.

    Communicate project and portfolio risks, opportunities, and options
    This is a hybrid role that reports to the Head of Global Quality Business Strategy.

    Lead projects within your accountability to successful completion in collaboration / partnership with the GQ Enterprise, Quality Functions, OpUs, Regions, and sites.

    Lead cross-functional project team meetings to achieve project success by overcoming barriers and elevating when needed.
    Manage transformational project portfolio ensuring understanding of GQ strategy and support portfolio/strategic initiative reviews.

    Deliver strategic portfolio reports to senior leaders within Global Quality for the top identified Strategic Projects across the network.

    Develop and present business cases, build business case development capabilities in others, ands performs data analysis and insights to underpin all recommendations.

    Help maintain data accuracy in Portfolio Management Tool SPOT, Site Risk Register, Value Creation, and other benefit tracking systems.
    Support strategic planning concerning projects and growth capacity and coordinate tactical information flow with sites/functions at enterprise level.

    Lead Program by applying project management knowledge, continuous improvement, agile ways of working, change management methodologies, tools and techniques to strategic project portfolio on an enterprise level.

    Support Quality of the Future, including process improvement.

    Degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or Biological Sciences/Pharmacy
    Minimum 5 years experience in process improvement/portfolio management
    Experience in agile ways of working and PMO/program management and project management in practice
    Experience in Power BI

    Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
    Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
    Travel approximately 10% - 20% (national and international)
