    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Soliant Health is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP)to join our team in a school setting, where you'll have the opportunity to work with students from Kindergarten to 12th Grade. If you are eager to make a difference in the lives of students and are passionate about working with children, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders and/or language delays, as directed by the supervising SLP
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language disorders
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
    • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to improve communication skills
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, session notes, and reports
    • Attend team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities as required
    • Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

    Specific Job Details:

    • Location: Concord, CA and surrounding areas
    • Full School Year Contract
    • Full-time or Part-time hours
    • Various Caseloads
    • Average Hourly Pay Rate: $50-$65/hour (Varies based upon position, experience, etc.)
