    Position Overview:

    As a Contracted Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication abilities of our students. This position is school-based and requires a commitment to supporting the diverse needs of our student population. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech and language disorders.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
    2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
    3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
    4. Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
    5. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
    6. Stay current on best practices, research, and trends in speech-language pathology.

    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    2. MA state licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
    3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    4. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
