SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Ecological Resource Consultants (ERC), a leading provider of water resource engineering and environmental science services, is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates senior project manager for a full-time position at our Lakewood, Colorado, location.

This position is ideal for a person who enjoys a mix of office work and field time.ERC benefits from many long-standing client relationships.
Unlike many firms where senior level employees are expected to spend much of their time on business development, our lasting relationships are such that you will be able to focus your attention on project work and technical tasks.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree (minimum) in the field of civil engineering, construction management or a closely related field.
Professional engineer license preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience.
Project management and staff coordination skills necessary.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
Plan review experience.
Strong field/construction background essential.
Working knowledge of geotechnical engineering and/or hydraulic gate systems preferred.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Ability to complete projects both independently and leading a team that includes outside consultants.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
An attitude and commitment to being an active leader in our small team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide engineering/construction expertise, technical oversight and overall management of water storage reservoirs and conveyance facilities related to supply.
Prepare and review design calculations, engineering reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
Manage client relationships.
Perform project management activities including planning and delegating work, managing project budgets, invoicing, communicating resource needs and reporting backlog.
Supervise construction related engineering services.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
Work both in office and at local project sites.
Manage projects, staff, budgets, schedules and clients.
Prepare reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, and designs for project.
Review design plans and specifications.
Conduct other related work to support the ERC team and our clients.
