    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Trial Paralegal at J.K. Residential Services, Inc., located in Los Angeles, CA. The Trial Paralegal will support attorneys throughout the litigation process, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, organizing and managing case files, and assisting with trial preparation. The Trial Paralegal will work closely with the legal team to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in trial preparation and support
    • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field a major plus
    • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in legal research and case management software
    • Knowledge of real estate law is a plus
