    ORGANIZATION: SunWorks Landscape Partners (an Alpine Investors company)

    POSITION: Talent Acquisition Associate

    As a member of the Talent team at SunWorks, the Talent Acquisition Associate will own full cycle recruiting processes to address critical leadership needs across our portfolio of operating companies. The Associate will lead a multifaceted sourcing strategy, conduct initial screenings, and close highly sought after candidates for our entry level management development programs, in which we train early career talent to take on management roles within our organization at an accelerated pace.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with leaders at SunWorks and across our operating companies to formulate effective recruitment strategies
    • Own the full cycle recruitment process, from first contact to offer, while ensuring a world-class candidate experience
    • Spearhead campus recruitment efforts for relevant roles by working effectively with campus partners and coordinating student engagement initiatives
    • Quickly and effectively source highly qualified candidates using a variety of methods
    • Write job descriptions, maintain job postings, and review applicants on a regular basis
    • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert for hiring managers throughout our organization
    • Manage relationships with third party recruitment partners to maximize effectiveness
    • Use a data driven recruitment approach to work on continuous improvement initiatives
    • Support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion objectives

    PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE

    • 1-2 years of experience owning full cycle recruitment processes
    • 1+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
    • 1+ years of experience with enterprise ATS software. Greenhouse experience a plus
    • Familiarity with campus recruiting processes and strategies
    • Experience recruiting for leadership development programs a plus
    • Experience recruiting veterans a plus
    • Proactive mindset and able to operate with a high degree of resourcefulness
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

    COMPENSATION AND LOCATION

    A competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered for this position. This will be a remote position, however applicants must have the ability to travel to our branch locations and to recruitment events as needed. 15%-25% travel is expected.
